Paradigm Shift
Looking at the world through a New Paradigm
We once believed that we could understand the world through matter, gravity, physics and biology. Now, through new sciences like quantum physics, we know that there is more to us than we can see and touch - that "energy" matters. We know that our world is infinitely more interesting and complex.
We once believed that our bodies were just "matter" - susceptible to all kinds of disease and illness. Now, through personal experiences, rediscovering ancient healing systems, and empowering ourselves to listen to our bodies' inherent wisdom, we've learned that our health is part of who we are. We aren't separate from it. Self-healing is within our design.
We once believed that things just happened to us - just luck and chance - that there was nothing we could do about it. But too many of us have experienced overwhelming serendipity in our lives to believe that anymore. We now expect miracles all of the time - that this is a normal way to live and interact with our world.
The Paradigm Shift:
The shift to this new way of seeing the world changes everything.
Believing that our bodies have inherent wisdom changes how we see our health and illness. Instead of working against the body, we start to listen and observe, working with our bodies and minds to heal what is broken in our whole lives - body, mind, emotions, spirit, relationships, work, lifestyle choices, everything.
Everything that would previously be perceived as an illness or problem is now seen as an opportunity for healing and growth. This includes problems at work, in relationships, depression, physical illness, spiritual angst, everything. All of these previously incurable and seemingly insurmountable problems suddenly become a ticket on a new journey.
Imagine believing that we are meant to be completely happy, healthy, and prosperous. Imagine that we are meant to heal our past wounds and traumas - that we don't have to carry them forever. Imagine that we can still care about the world's problems - but also have joy every day of our lives.
Imagine that happiness is our birthright.
