Albert Einstein
Albert Einstein has always been one of my heroes.
One of the greatest reasons is that he never stopped learning. For his entire life, he continued searching, expanding his understanding of the world around him.
I love that although he was a scientist, he did not just process the world through his left brain. He could see the whole picture. His science wasn't isolated. It belonged in the whole world - which led him to be quoted on very "non-scientific" topics like:
"There are two ways to live your life - one is as though nothing is a miracle, the other is as though everything is a miracle."
"My religion consists of a humble admiration of the illimitable superior spirit who reveals himself in the slight details we are able to perceive with our frail and feeble mind."
The most important question a person can ask is, "Is the Universe a friendly place?"
