I love all things Joss Whedon. Why? Because he's truly brilliant. And he honours his unique twists. I love that and I aspire to do the same.
It started with Buffy the Vampire Slayer. First it was the quirkiness. In a land where all things are supposed to look and sound a particular way, Buffy was truly refreshing. But as the seasons continued, real poingnant philosophy about the world got us completely hooked. And don't even let me get started about the musical!!
"Say you're happy now... Once more with feelin'."
Then came Angel. Well, Tuesday night date-night was complete!! Snacks + Buffy + Angel = Brilliant.

Years passed and our kids became old enough to partake in Buffy. So, we ordered all the seasons of Buffy and Angel and proceeded to immerse our children in the land of Joss Whedon. Well, many Buffy & Angel marathons later, my daughter has every show, season, and brilliant quote memorized. Aaahhh... Our parenting is done.
And then came Firefly!!! Bloody Brilliant!!!
