Meditation for Burn Out

This is a wonderful meditation that you can do each day to help heal burn out and to help relieve it as it's on its way. It can leave you quite spacey, so ideally, you can sit and relax afterwards for a little while.

Burn out is a great example of the Protector/Vulnerable dynamic that plays out within us and in our relationships with others. If you find yourself experiencing burn out often, you may find value in going within and sorting out the reasons why this continues to happen.
