10 Private Coaching Sessions with Me

This is our chance to check in with one-on-one sessions together. Here, we can go more in depth into what has come up for you in your course-work. But more importantly, we will chat about what is coming up in your life.

All are video sessions over Skype so we really get a chance to know each other.

These sessions are normally $100-$120 per hour. Because we are working together for a year, each session is just $80 each.

Kundalini Home Yoga Studio

This style of yoga is the most powerful way to transform, cleanse, and heal anything that is stuck within us. This package includes 52 classes that I taught at East Street Station.

The yoga is not necessary. But kundalini yoga is the most powerful way to release pent up emotions and traumas from our past. It is incredibly healing and transformative... so I like to include it in this program.
